Flamingo Towel

Cross stitch on a kitchen towel for my Aun't 60th birthday. She loves flamingos so hopefully she will love this one. It was a pain to do!!

Cross Stitch and Pillow

So here's a cross stitch ornament I made that I turned into a small decorative pillow for Christmas. It's my first time sewing anything of value so it has some flaws up close but I think it is a pretty good first attempt!

This is the cross that I designed and wrote directions for. I taught lots of women how to make it, it is so much fun and so pretty in person. I'm not saying that I invented it, just that I couldn't find a pattern that I could follow or one that I liked so I made this one. It's made from 90 plus swarovski crystals. Here's the funnies part, I gave away all the hard copies of the instructions. I didn't make a cross for almost a year, and now I have forgotten how to do it? Can you beleive that? So I'm on a mission to re learn it!

Kim's Knit Project
